How do I order from madeby*mom?
Add products to your bag, select your delivery address and calculate delivery for each shop. Review products, delivery and the 10% delivery platform fee, then pay securely through Razorpay when checkout is available. Follow your payment and delivery in My orders. Sample listings cannot be ordered.
Are all homemade foods shelf-stable?
Storage needs vary by product. Packaged snacks, sauces, jams and pantry items have maker-specific shelf lives; cakes and pastries may need refrigeration or prompt consumption. Confirm preparation dates, ingredients, allergens, storage and delivery requirements with the maker.
Can I sell my homemade food or handmade products?
Yes. Choose Open your shop, sign in when prompted, and add your product photo, description, price, category, city and contact number. Include accurate ingredient or material details, storage guidance and delivery information so customers can make an informed choice.
Who handles payment and delivery?
Delivery quotes use Borzo within the same city and state, and Shiprocket for eligible out-of-city parcels. A 10% platform fee applies to the delivery charge. Online payment requires an active delivery quote. Service availability depends on courier coverage and the maker’s packing details.
